Her stories have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, National Geographic, The Guardian, The New Yorker, and The Atlantic, and other publications. Elizabeth also co-writes the newsletter Consumed. She lives in New York City with her husband and three sons.
